The aim of the change management course is to learn how to best empower yourself and others to realize and execute sustainable change. En studerende, der fuldt ud har opfyldt kursets mål, vil kunne:

• Understand sustainability and leadership approaches across cultures and sectors.
• Understand change management
• Understand the implications of cultural differences in sustainable leadership to global sustainability initiatives and transformations.
• Evaluate and select appropriate organizational strategies for leading sustainable transformations.
• Create a compelling implementation plan and business case to address a multi-dimensional, multisector, and cross-cultural sustainability challenge
• Understand appropriate personal facilitation and leadership methods for stakeholder and community engagement to drive change
• Practice and implement appropriate personal facilitation and leadership methods for stakeholder and community engagement to drive change
• Build a personal sustainable leadership identity

In this course, we explore how sustainability is perceived, and sustainable leadership is practiced across cultures and sectors, and how these different approaches have implications for global sustainability transformations. We analyze organizational strategies as well as community-level implementations to sustainable change. We reflect on how to increase our sphere of influence to lead to more globally relevant and impactful sustainable transformations. 03. april, 2025
