The course builds a comprehensive understanding of sustainability and leadership, focusing on the strategic drivers and challenges organizations and humans face when committing to sustainability. Participants will explore critical factors influencing sustainability from a systemic and business perspective, learning how to lead initiatives that foster long-term, impactful change.

This course applies your leadership framework and lays out the foundations of sustainable leadership and sets the starting point for the programme Master in Sustainable Leadership. By taking a holistic perspective, we unpack sustainability definitions, trends, and interlinkages. The course will consist of lectures, case studies, practical workshops, and group discussions to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. 06. februar, 2025
