Overordnede kursusmål

The aim of this module is to provide the participants with action-learning based knowledge about relevant topics within Operations and Supply Chain Management that can be applied in the participants’ companies

En studerende, der fuldt ud har opfyldt kursets mål, vil kunne:

Design end-to-end operation from company to the customers
Design the organization demands for operations
Design, manage and improve operations strategy
Design, develop and implement strategy for supply chain management
Discuss, analyze and apply key concept of lean operations
Apply frameworks and tools of operations management
Apply frameworks and tools of supply chain management
Manage and improve value creating in delivering processes

Kursusindhold

DIRECT the development of their resources/processes by articulating and following an operations strategy
DESIGN the end-to-end processes that underpin effective delivery systems
DELIVER on organisational promises by planning and controlling resources and processes
DEVELOP continuously by analysing and improving all processes
