Presentations. Seminars with industry experts. Individual
assignments on state-of-the-art in engineering project, program and
portfolio management (resulting in a Wiki article). Group
assignments on working in a consulting role with industry or
government client, developing proposal and business cases for
addressing critical challenges related to the management of
projects, programs and portfolios.
Student groups identify and engage their client organization. | |

Bedømmelse af opgave(r)/rapport(er)
The grade is calculated based on an overall assessment of 1. a wiki article (individual assignment), 2. a consultancy report (group assignment with specification of individual contributions) and 3. the quality of the peer review feedback provided by the student on intermediary deliverables. Throughout the course, 3 individual and 4 intermediary group deliverables are submitted. | |
