Project work in groups with development/deployment and evaluation of advanced security principles/solutions within computer system, embedded system, LAN, cyberspace, Internet of Things, and/or cloud domains. The project is selected in cooperation with supervisor and perhaps an external partner. Outcome is a report in form of an article.

Overordnede kursusmål
Focus is development/deployment and evaluation of advanced security principles/solutions within computer system, embedded system, LAN, cyberspace, Internet of Things, and/or cloud domains - depending on chosen project. You should become able to evaluate security principles/solutions within domain of your chosen project and deploy, perhaps development, security principles/solutions in this domain. Results shall be presented in an article.
Læringsmål
En studerende, der fuldt ud har opfyldt kursets mål, vil kunne:
  • Evaluate advanced security principles/solutions within chosen domain
  • Develop and/or deploy advanced security principles/solutions within chosen domain
  • Detailed knowledge about security principles/solutions within chosen domain
  • Detailed knowledge about security attacks within chosen domain
  • Knowledge about standards within chosen domain
  • Knowledge about available products within chosen domain
  • Describe and analyse a full system with respect to security and possible attacks
  • Document a project on advanced security principles/solutions in an article
Kursusindhold
Available devices, components, platforms, and tools, etc., are presented and a set of documents handed out. Ongoing projects are described and possible 3-weeks projects discussed. Based on this, students choose their projects and form project groups.
Litteraturhenvisninger
Literature will be selected depending on chosen project and will typically be articles.
