Overordnede kursusmål
Global markets, short product life cycles and high expectations
from customers require effective supply chain management in order
for business enterprises to maintain a competitive advantage.
Supply chains are complex networks consisting of suppliers,
manufacturers, distributors, retailers, etc., that collaborate in
bringing a product or service to the customer. Activities within
supply networks have to be well coordinated and integrated in order
