Kurset udbydes under tompladsordningen
The course takes place in the first, second, and third semester for each cohort. The exam is in the fourth (spring) semester.
Campus Lyngby
The program is based on action learning where theories, methods, concepts and tools are employed on real business challenges and issues from the participants companies. Lectures are paralleled by casework, group work, individual sessionis with organizational psychologists, and assignments.

Læringsmål
En studerende, der fuldt ud har opfyldt kursets mål, vil kunne:

  • Organize own and other's competence development
  • Analyze psychological processes
  • Demonstrate team development
  • Demonstrate development of personal leader competencies
  • Reflect on the development of personal leader competencies
  • Diagnose challenges in team work
  • Reflect on team work in consultancy project
