The program is based on action learning where theories,
methods, concepts and tools are employed on real business
challenges and issues from the participants companies. Lectures are
paralleled by casework, group work and assignments.
The aim of the module is to provide the participants with
action-learning based knowledge about relevant topics within
organizational change. The module aims at qualifying the
participants in organizational analysis and change
management.

En studerende, der fuldt ud har opfyldt kursets mål, vil kunne:
Understand the four organizational perspectives (frames) on
management
Conduct an organizational analysis in the perspective of the
four perspectives
Describe the main theoretical foundations of change management
• Describe the central elements of the Star Model
Outline an organizational diagnosis based on the Star Model and
propose an organizational design that provides optimal conditions
for innovation
Outline a change process based on one or more of the models of
planed change
Explain the benefits as well as the limitations of the planned
approach to change
State the strengths and weaknesses of the emergent approach to
change
Understand the situations in which the various approaches to
change are most appropriately to be used
