The course takes place in the autumn semester each year. The

Campus Lyngby with one week at UC Berkeley and one week at an
oversea's location.
Undervisningsform:
The program is based on action learning where theories,
methods, concepts and tools are employed on real business
challenges and issues from the participants companies. Lectures by
top notch international faculty are paralleled by casework, group
work and assignments.
The aim of this module is to provide the participants with
action-learning based knowledge about relevant topics within
Strategy, Marketing, Innovation Leaders & Innovation Management
that can be applied in the participants’ companies.

Utlize managerial concepts and tools that can help participants
understand the environment that a company finds itself in, the
resources it needs to obtain, and the organization it needs to
build.
Apply a strategy frameworks and tool on real cases.
Assess ill-structured competitive situations
Recognize and evaluate innovation tasks on a strategic and
operational level
Identify, frame, analyze, and solve an innovation problem
strategically and operationally in participants’ companies
Use selected techniques and software for idea generation,
selection, and development
Design rganizational systems and processes necessary for
sustained and successful corporate innovation activities
Apply basic concepts of marketing strategies and programs
Capture marketing insights by gathering information &
scanning the environment and conducting marketing
research
Kursusindhold:
The course comprises the submodules of Strategy, Marketing,
Business Philosophy and Innovation. The innovation submodule is
devided into an Innovation Leadership part taught at UC Berkeley
and an Innovation Management part taught at DTU
