Overordnede kursusmål:
Design and management of information technology is a rich and dynamic field. The field can be researched from different perspectives within a number of scientific disciplines. In each discipline researchers benefit from cooperation with researchers in other disciplines. The joint Ph.D. program in Design and Management of Information Technology has been established in response to a need for cross-institutional research and doctoral training collaboration. The Ph.D. program receives financial support from NorFa and The Danish Research Academy. The program is affiliated with the IRIS Association.
Kursusindhold:
The course covers both typical IT design areas like systems development, design methods, human-computer interaction, and computer supported co-operative work (CSCW) as well as typical IT management areas like IT strategies, strategic information systems, decision support systems, and Information sharing.

The joint PhD programme is organized in cooperation with Computer Science, Roskilde University; Department of Informatics, Copenhagen Business School; The IT Univesity of Copenhagen. The Course has its own web-site: www.dmit.dk
