Overordnede kursusmål
This course offers a comprehensive understanding of the applications, capabilities, and limitations of AI in organizations. It examines how organizations deploy AI and how managers can effectively leverage technologies such as large language models. The course explores AI’s impact across three levels: at the task level, where AI complements humans in managerial tasks; at the organizational level, where it shapes strategy, business models, and organization design; and at the societal level, where it has broader economic, ethical, and governance implications. Key topics include human–AI collaboration in problem-solving, AI’s role in transforming competition and enabling new business models, and the organizational challenges of implementing AI. A capability-driven framework supports the development of AI strategy, organization, governance, and skills. Throughout the course, participants will use practical tools to lead AI-driven transformation and manage its implementation within organizations.
