Kursusindhold
The overall purpose of the course is to train MMT participants in
Service Innovation & Management concepts at the executive
level. This course is designed for both private and public
companies within service industries but also companies that want to
add service offerings to their business strategy to strengthen
their market position.
Historically, more and more industries were trapped to compete on
price because product offerings became commoditised. That forces
companies to develop new market strategies, often including
services, and new understandings of how to organise and change.
