Kursusindhold
This intensive two-day course provides DTU Executive MBA participants with a comprehensive understanding of sustainable business innovation. It addresses critical sustainability challenges, the development of sustainable business models, and how innovation can drive impactful solutions. The course combines theoretical foundations, case studies, and practical exercises to equip participants with actionable insights for creating sustainable value.

During the first half of the course, participants will explore the fundamental concepts around sustainability and the growing need for businesses to address environmental, social, and economic challenges. The focus will be on understanding the drivers of sustainability, business model innovation, and the role of companies in solving global challenges. Case studies and discussions will highlight successful sustainable business models.

In the second half of the course, participants will dive deeper into the practical aspects of sustainable business model design. Participants will work on developing business models that align with sustainability goals while driving innovation. Through hands-on workshops and collaborative activities, participants will refine their ideas and strategies. The day will conclude with short pitches, allowing participants to present their solution, followed by a Q&A session for feedback and insights.
