Kursusindhold
Globalization of markets and business, cultures, values and ethics,
the sustainability imperative, and the expectations of society are
the cornerstones of this module. The first half of the module
explores the opportunities and challenges associated with
globalization, cultures, and values; the second part investigates
the tension zones, but also enabling relationships, between
business and society. The module then concludes with the very
practical challenges of managing global teams.
Practical experience in handling managerial issues in a foreign
culture is a unique supplement to in-class sessions and
discussions. Therefore, a consultancy project in a foreign
environment is integrated in the course.
